1. The Brief
The International Cricket Council and Cricket Australia wanted to create a schools program to coincide with the T20 World Cup. Working with the education manger and the account manager, we looked at the concept of a education program based around the T20 Cricket World Cup
2. Our proposition
We presented a concept with a mixture of activity sheets, class participation exercises and educational videos. We wanted to create a website where teachers, parents and students are able to access all the material. We made the website have a login component to gather data and send notifications on new content.
3. Customer journey
I created a user journey for T20 Schools Program to better understand the customer journey but also how other cricket associations such as Cricket Australia, and how marketing and advertising could promote the program.
4. Development and Deployment
We did user testing with teachers, students and parents to get a better understanding of their behavior when they are on the site. From the results, we were able to create a digital environment which is easy to use but also visually appealing using the T20 brand guidelines.
