Ricoh Australia were launching a new website and I worked with content managers and website developers to deploy the website on launch date.
I worked with my team of UX/UI designers and researchers to develop user journeys, conduct research for persona data and prototypes for user testing. Then we worked closely with the technical team to develop and produce the website.
