Optus Digital Thumbprint

1. The Brief

Optus commissioned us to create a user-friendly online environment for high school students to learn about related subjects which are associated with Optus. Subjects such as Cyber Bullying, Cyber Security, Digital Trends and Digital Personas.

2. Our proposition

We proposed to create a digital environment for students, teachers and parents. From a student point of view, we needed the website to be simple to use from registration, to doing a lesson and the student had to have access to a dashboard where the student can find out lessons results. From a teachers or parents/guardians point of view, they had to be able to view a student’s lesson and be able to mark the lesson. A teacher also had to be able to set up the class and add students to the class. The goal was to make the website easy to use for non-tech savvy users.

3. User journey

We created a user journey for the student and the parents/teachers/guardians to get a better understanding how they would use the website.

4. Development and Deployment

I work with the Digital Lead to create designs in Adobe XD.
