AIG and Good2Go asked us the create a website for travellers who wanted to purchase travel insurance online. Our goal was to create a website where users can easily buy insurance either on a computer, tablet or smart phone. This was achieved by applying my user experience knowledge such as developing user flows, user research, personas, mock ups, responsive design and user testing.
